Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 5 days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

To start a claim for damaged goods, please send a collection of images of the damaged print and the packaging to us at jason@jlphoto.co.nz.  If your claim is accepted, we will reply in a timely fashion and get back to you regarding getting  replacement print to you as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
All orders are non-returnable as all products are custom products made to order. We also do not accept returns for any change of mind, please ensure you select the image you desire prior to purchasing the item. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.


Exchanges
We cannot offer exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you select the image you desire prior to purchasing the item.


Refunds
If any refunds are offered, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
